Meet Our Team

Joanne Couceiro

In 2004, Joanne started her career as a recruiter with Executive Network. A firm specializing in placing retail executives. She worked with large retail stores such as Target, Lowe's Home Improvement and Circuit City.

In 2005, Joanne joined Hobson Associates and became a recruiter running a full desk with their technology team. She placed software sales people and sales engineers.

In 2006, Joanne moved off her desk at Hobson Associates to join the AccordingToDanny training company. She started as a marketing and admin person for them, and eventually moved up to Director of Marketing and Operations where she was responsible for running the daily operations of the company, planning and running all the events and marketing. She was made a Partner in AccordingToDanny at the end of 2007.

In 2009, Joanne left her role at AccordingToDanny to join Renzulli Learning as their Southeast Sales Representative. She was responsible for a $1.5 million territory.

In 2010, Joanne rejoined AccordingToDanny and opened ShowPatrol, a database of business cards gathered at trade shows. She is currently a Partner and trainer for AccordingToDanny as well as the Executive Director. She is also part of Danny's mentoring program and does in-house observational audits.

Joanne is a graduate of Boston University with a degree in Sociology and is a Certified Group Fitness Instructor.
