Danny Cahill, CPC
Danny Cahill started at Hobson Associates
right out of college. He became its Rookie of
the Year, top producer and general manager by
the age of 26. At 27 he bought the company and
has since built it into one of the country's
largest search firms specializing in Software
Sales, Bio Tech Sales and Industrial Sales talent.
He is the only industry guru that runs a
search firm every day. He does what you do.
He is the Educational Chairperson of the
Pinnacle Society, 75 of the highest achievers in
the industry. He personally mentors many members.
He also owns and runs AccordingToDanny.com, an
online training and mentoring company dedicated
to enhancing the skills and jumpstarting the spirits
of recruiters worldwide. His training products have
become core tools for a generation of recruiters,
and his keynote presentations have made him one
of the most sought after speakers in the country.
In a HireAbility survey he was overwhelmingly voted the
industry’s most popular speaker. NAPS elected him
to the Hall of Fame in 2006 and last year he was given the
first NAPS “Spirit” Award.
In his other life, as a playwright, he has had
works produced off Broadway, and won both the Maxwell
Anderson and the CAB Theatre Award for playwrights.
He has written for CBS Television and Muscle and Fitness
Magazine, as well as numerous Trade Journals. He received
his Masters Degree in Literature from Wesleyan University
and believes salespeople enjoy the world's only job security.
Amy Williams, CPC
Amy has spoken at numerous
retreats across the country. She designed and
delivered the hugely popular "Principles of
Recruiting" webcast. The attendees of the 2007
NAPS convention voted Amy among the 4 top
conference speakers and invited her to
participate in the Best of the Best Speakers
panel.
In 1997, Amy joined Hobson
Associates and was recognized as Rookie of the
Year. By the end of that year she was promoted
to Associate and shifted her focus from
engineering to placing sales and sales
management professionals in the software sector.
Amy's niche is the content management and web
analytics space. In 2002, Amy was made a Partner
at Hobson Associates. Additionally, Amy was also
promoted to Director of Training, responsible
for the training and ongoing development of all
new hires at Hobson Associates.
Also in 2001, Amy and Danny
Cahill co-founded the training company,
AccordingToDanny to take Danny's hugely
successful training business in a new direction.
Danny's time tested methodologies were already
implemented through his seminars and tapes in
thousands of firms, but the training business
had hit a wall. How could they reach more firms
faster? How could they use technology to bring
training to the industry every day? While a one
day seminar brings a powerful shot of energy,
how could they support it weeks and months
later? That was their mission and from it, the
interactive website and webcasts were born.
On the training side, Amy
has spoken at numerous retreats across the
country. She designed and delivered the hugely
popular "Principles of
Recruiting" webcast. She has done private
in-house Rookie Retreats for global search
firms. She played lead roles in "Deconstructing Danny",
the motivational key note that is among the best
selling training products in the staffing
industry's history, and its sequel, "Reconstructing Danny".
The attendees of the 2007 NAPS convention voted
Amy among the 4 top conference speakers and
invited her to participate in the Best of the
Best Speakers panel.

Cheryl Grimaldi,
CPC
Cheryl Grimaldi knows what
it takes to be a top level recruiter. High
performing recruiters are not defined by what
they did to reach the top but what they do to
stay there. Cheryl Grimaldi calls this
Continuous Renewal Training. Cheryl Grimaldi has
been training recruiters for over a decade.

She is one of the very few
trainers in the recruiting industry who actually
runs a desk everyday. She knows what it takes to
get to the top and what it takes to stay on top.
Most importantly, she knows how to convey that
to other recruiters. She is straight forward,
funny, real and gets right to the guts of what
matters most. She has presented all over the
country at numerous state, regional and national
conferences. She has been brought in house to
train by some of the best recruiting firms in
the world. Whether you are a small one man band

niche and has been featured in business
publications including "Selling Power" magazine
and has been a speaker at national sales
conferences. Jenifer produces Pinnacle level

many have. "I literally fell into it." Jen
started out in the temp side of the business
eighteen years ago and for many years ran a
blended temp and perm desk. She has worked in a
variety of capacities including management,
training and business development roles and
eventually became a partner in TERRA Staffing
Group, one of the largest regional staffing
firms in the Seattle area.
In 2003, she found herself
on vacation at the beach, Corona in hand,
listening to a Danny Cahill CD ("some people
read romance novels, I listen to training CDs!")
and was inspired to launch a new division of the
company focused exclusively on senior-level
sales search nationally. In just four short
years, she has become the dominant recruiter in
her niche and has been featured in business
publications including "Selling Power" magazine
and has been a speaker at national sales
conferences.
Jenifer produces Pinnacle
level billings while managing and training a
team of highly productive recruiters. She loves
the industry and has now set her sights on a new

business, I still love it and I want to show
others how to get the most out of the toughest
job you'll ever love."

Mike Lejeune, CPC
Part expert, part wise
mentor, part engaging storyteller - Mike Lejeune
gets folks talking. And thinking. As a 29 year
veteran of the recruiting and staffing industry,
Mike is passionate about people and about
excellence - and it shows.
Audiences respond to Mike's
training sessions and keynote addresses with
knowing nods, hurried note-taking and even
laughter. He's been in the trenches. He knows.
As an executive search and temporary placement
"switch hitter," Mike delivers plenty of
practical application in every engagement, along
with motivation, inspiration, education and
entertainment. And business owners, recruiters
and trainers take away specific techniques and
tools they can put to work immediately in their
own spheres of influence.
A Certified Personnel
Consultant (CPC) and a Certified Temporary
Staffing Specialist (CTS), Mike Lejeune serves
as Executive Vice President and Partner of
Steverson Staffing Services . Headquartered in
Houston, Texas, Steverson serves market niches
in accounting, office administration and

recruiting and operations as well as new product
development for Steverson - but he doesn't stay
locked in the office.
Mike travels, writes and
speaks extensively, and has held numerous
leadership roles in the industry. And at the
2006 National Association of Personnel Services
Annual Conference, Mike surprised himself by
winning the "American Idol of Recruiting
Trainers" contest hosted by Danny Cahill. Ask
him what put him over the top...and about what
he can do for your next meeting or training
session. His answers may just surprise you.
