He is the Educational Chairperson of the Pinnacle Society, 75 of the highest achievers in the industry. He personally mentors many members. He also owns and runs AccordingToDanny.com, an online training and mentoring company dedicated to enhancing the skills and jumpstarting the spirits of recruiters worldwide. His training products have become core tools for a generation of recruiters, and his keynote presentations have made him one of the most sought after speakers in the country. . In a HireAbility survey he was overwhelmingly voted the industry’s most popular speaker. NAPS elected him to the Hall of Fame in 2006 and last year he was given the first NAPS “Spirit” Award. AccordingToDanny.com has been awarded the prestigious 2010 Best In Class Award for Training Excellence from MRINetwork.

In his other life, as a playwright, he has had works produced off Broadway, and won both the Maxwell Anderson and the CAB Theatre Award for playwrights. He has written for CBS Television and Muscle and Fitness Magazine, as well as numerous Trade Journals. He received his Masters Degree in Literature from Wesleyan University and believes salespeople enjoy the world's only job security. Danny just sold his first novel, which of course features a Headhunter, “Harper’s Rules”, which is currently available in bookstores and on Kindles.

In 1997, Amy joined Hobson Associates and was recognized as Rookie of the Year. By the end of that year she was promoted to Associate and shifted her focus from engineering to placing sales and sales management professionals in the software sector. Amy's niche is the content management and web analytics space. In 2002, Amy was made a Partner at Hobson Associates. Additionally, Amy was also promoted to Director of Training, responsible for the training and ongoing development of all new hires at Hobson Associates.

Also in 2001, Amy and Danny Cahill co-founded the training company, AccordingToDanny to take Danny's hugely successful training business in a new direction. Danny's time tested methodologies were already implemented through his seminars and tapes in thousands of firms, but the training business had hit a wall. How could they reach more firms faster? How could they use technology to bring training to the industry every day? While a one day seminar brings a powerful shot of energy, how could they support it weeks and months later? That was their mission and from it, the interactive website and webcasts were born.

On the training side, Amy has spoken at numerous retreats across the country. She designed and delivered the hugely popular "Principles of Recruiting" webcast. She has done private in-house Rookie Retreats for global search firms. She played lead roles in "Deconstructing Danny", the motivational key note that is among the best selling training products in the staffing industry's history, and its sequel, "Reconstructing Danny" . The attendees of the 2007 NAPS convention voted Amy among the 4 top conference speakers and invited her to participate in the Best of the Best Speakers panel.

In March of 2011 Amy accepted the position of Director of Sales Operations with Lucas Group. Amy will work with their 15 offices and seven divisions, improving best practices and increasing per desk averages. She is also rewriting and delivering much of their new hire and advanced recruiter training.

Gary's industry experience includes contract hires, temporary staffing, direct hire placements, payrolling, and human resource consulting in a variety of fields including professional, executive, sales, financial, technology, scientific, administrative, and production. Through the 90's he grew a $3 million staffing business to $95 million. His client base consisted of 80% single source and/or onsite accounts. Through Greene Resources he, once again, is focused on large account servicing models. In sixteen years of delivering this type of solution, he has never lost a client.

Gary was born and raised in Raleigh, NC and graduated with honors from North Carolina State University with a Bachelor of Arts in Business Management and a Bachelor of Arts in Economics. He and his wife, Julie, have two sons, Joey 8 and Nicholas 5. His community involvement includes serving as a Rotarian, Junior Achievement Volunteer, Chair of Small Business for the Greater Raleigh Chamber of Commerce, and serving on the Board of Directors for the Wake Education Partnership.

Danny and his search team of Steve Rappaport, Vice President, Jordan Schultz, Vice President and Richard Deixler, Associate are on the phone -- all day -- every day -- talking to industry professionals to get the inside scoop on each firm, their office and their management team. This long-standing involvement in the financial services industry has given Danny and his staff the reputation, resources, contacts and the professionalism to match the highest caliber candidates to the best firms. Danny has been recognized regionally and nationally for both his excellence and effectiveness in the industry. He frequently speaks and is interviewed by major business and industry publications on trends in recruitment and career strategies in the financial services industry.

In 1999 Danny was elected Vice President of the prestigious Pinnacle Society, a professional association limited to the nation's top 75 recruiters.
